Bicycle Transit Center

A new staffed/secure bicycle parking facility opened in 2010 at the Utah Transit Authority's Intermodal Hub Building at 250 South 600 West to serve bicycle and multi-modal commuters.

Canyon Sports operates the Bicycle Transit Center under contract to the Utah Transit Authority in partnership with Salt Lake City, the Utah Department of Transportation, the Wasatch Front Regional Council, and the Mayor's Bicycle Advisory Committee.

Services available

80 bicycle parking spaces available on a daily, monthly, or annual basis
Members-only access to shower/changing facilities
Key-card members-only after-hours bicycle parking
Bicycle repair, rental, and sales

Funding for this project has been provided in part by the US Department of Energy's Energy Efficiency & Conservation Block Grant program and the US Department of Transportation's Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement program.
